How video transfer works
Only playable exported WebM/MP4 from Trimmer or Resizer can be transferred, with your click. The next tool opens with default settings and inspects that actual local file. PNG, GIF, WAV and metadata are downloaded from their own tool; they are not video inputs. Ordinary switching carries nothing over. Keep a download if you need an external copy.
One active tool at a time. Reset, Close or ordinary switching releases files, playback and workers. Use explicit video transfer to continue with a generated MP4/WebM; each export can re-encode or change timing. No simultaneous multitrack timeline is included.
Choose a video workflow above. Inspect, capture, trim, convert or resize — entirely on your device.
Formats and processing limits
The selected tool retains its real standalone UI and limits: local MP4/MOV/WebM/MKV up to 256 MiB, supported browser codecs, bounded displayed dimensions and processing time. Video/audio exports up to ten minutes / 128 MiB; GIF up to 15 seconds / 300 frames / 32 MiB. Actual exported previews gate downloads. Browser-native codec availability varies. Source files are unchanged. No file, result or setting is uploaded or stored as application history.
A FEW SIMPLE STEPS
How to use Video Workspace
Choose a workflow from the neutral picker. Selection opens immediately; filters only narrow choices.
Choose a local video or try the sample. Use the original player, timeline, exact controls and settings.
Generate and preview the actual output. Trimmer/Resizer video results can be transferred explicitly to another video workflow.
Download results you need to retain. Reset, Close or ordinary switching releases source/results/playback/workers and starts defaults.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Why use this tool?
Your video is never uploaded to a server. Every workflow reuses self-hosted local processing. Video handoffs pass an actual generated local file through the next tool’s file-selection handler without a network request or automatic sharing.
Tool inputs stay in your browser. Only your theme preference is saved on this device.
A few things worth knowing
Are these the real standalone tools?
Yes. Each selected workflow mounts its actual standalone interface, scripts and styles in one isolated same-origin panel. All six standalone pages remain available. Controls, previews, file status, codec checks and resource budgets remain the same.
Which outputs can I pass to another workflow?
Only the current playable exported MP4/WebM from Trimmer or Resizer. Choose a destination and Use video & switch. The destination inspects the actual file with default settings. PNG/GIF/WAV/reports are downloaded directly rather than passed as video inputs. No files transfer when using the ordinary tool picker.
Does the workspace add server processing or a multitrack timeline?
No. One tool is active at a time, applying operations in steps. File processing and result handoffs stay in browser memory. Re-encoding between steps can change samples, frame timing or quality. There is no simultaneous multitrack timeline, streaming URL processor or universal codec support claim.
What happens on Close, Reset or switching?
Playback and local workers stop, object URLs and the previous frame are released, and inputs/results do not persist as history. Reset opens the active tool at defaults. Download a copy before leaving or attempting a transfer if it needs to survive a failed destination load.
